We do our best to ship out orders the same week. Please understand that if the item is sold out, it may be longer. Because each piece is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight imperfections of stone, color and size are part of our designs. Each stone is hand selected. We stand behind our jewelry for defective workmanship. Any defective jewelry will be repaired at no cost to you and returned at our expense. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company. All returns must be prepaid, insured and shipped by a major carrier. Shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package back. Any unauthorized return will be refused.

If for any reason you do not like the jewelry and would like to return it to us, you must do so within five business days upon receipt. Please contact us for a return authorization number. The jewelry must be packed in the same manner in which it was shipped to you, in undamaged condition, and must be insured and returned by a major carrier. Merchandise credit only. All custom orders or special order sales are final.
Our logo and name are registered and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Any photography on our website may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
